Volcanoes - Climbing Pico de Orizaba
Climbing Pico de
Orizaba
Higher
Than All in Mexico
.JPG)
Located south of Puebla, with a height of more
than 5620 Mt. (18,500 Ft.), this colossus is the
third higher mountain in North America even
known as
Citlaltépetl, his prehispanic name that means
"Mountain of the stars".
Trough an inclined sandy way that not
only
constitutes a test of good training but an
example of the importance of the “march style”
of a mountain climber, we will apply the old
“alpine step” and will reach the white superior
border of the impressive crater that will give
the widest whew of the
pending Mexican plateau towards the
forest of Veracruz and de Mexican Golf.
The long-haul by the extended glacier of Jamapa
will take care for the glacier passage class.
